I am a Fidelity Approved certified loan signing agent I provide expert notary services throughout San Luis Obispo County and the surrounding areas. I am NNA and LSS certified and I am willing to travel wherever needed to assist clients with their real estate signings.
My appointment services include:
- Preparation of documents: printing, assembling required materials, and reviewing the specific needs from title/escrow.
- A comprehensive walk-through with signers.
- Post-signing services such as scans and faxes if required by title companies.
- Delivery of documents, either hand-delivered or shipped back to title/escrow.
The timing and location for the signing are entirely determined by the clients. I am flexible and focused on accommodating the convenience of the signers.
