I understand it’s not easy when a document needs to be signed and your loved one is incarcerated. From 1 document to 20 documents, there is no job too big or small. I am  happy to extend a helping hand to those who need beloved inmates to successfully sign and notarize various documents while they are currently incarcerated.

*Please note, as a notary professional I do not need to make an appointment to meet with an inmate. I can visit an inmate the same day you call, or we can schedule a date & time. Additionally, I will meet with the inmate for signature - you do NOT have to be present if you choose.

Appointment Requirements:

• Payment will be due either before appointment or upon arrival prior to the signing.
• All documents that require notarization MUST be completed in their entirety before my arrival (exclusing  signatures). 
• If the notarization does not take place for any reason, I will refund a portion of the fee (inmate refuses, or a situation arises at the facility that prevents me from completing the notarization).

Fees:

$150 - $250
